The Mexico national football team (Spanish: Selección de fútbol de México) represents Mexico in men's international football, and is governed by the Mexican Football Federation (Spanish: Federación Mexicana de Fútbol), the governing body for football in Mexico founded in 1927. It has been a full member of FIFA since 1929, is a founding member of CONCACAF which was founded in 1961, and is also a member of NAFU in the North American Zone.
